The Chinese Evergreen Golden Fluorite features leaves that are dark green, and then turn to a pale-yellow color. This plant is known for its unique pattern that is on each leaf, along with pink vine that goes through the middle of the leaf!

Chinese Evergreen Golden Fluorite plant prefers bright, indirect light. This plant does best in conditions that are moderate to low light, which make it great for indoor environments that have less or limited light. Don’t allow this plant in direct sunlight, as it can burn the leaves of this plant!  


Your Chinese Evergreen Golden Fluorite prefers to be kept evenly moist, but not waterlogged. Be sure to not overwater this plant, as that can lead to root rot. When it is in the spring and summer months, you might need to water your plant more often than in the fall and winter months. 


It is preferred for Chinese Evergreen Golden Fluorite plants to be in soil that is well-draining, fertile, and slightly acidic to neutral. We suggest to not use heavy soils, as this could lead to water-logging. Water-logging can impact this plants health in a negative manner.  


It is best for Chinese Evergreen Golden Fluorite plants to be in average room temperatures that are between 65°F to 75°F (18°C to 24°C). Try to not expose your plant to temperatures that are under 60 degrees for a long amount of time, as this can cause cold damage to your plant!

To increase the humidity levels surrounding your plant, you can group plants together, put a tray of water near the plant. Or mist the leaves with avoid (avoiding water on the flowers). 


Chinese Evergreen Golden Fluorite plants have low fertilizer needs! In the spring and summer months, you should fertilize your plant about once a month. Use a balanced liquid fertilizer and dilute the fertilizer to half or a quarter of what is the recommended strength on the package in order to avoid overfertilization. Overfertilizing your plant can damage it! In the fall and winter months, you can reduce or even pause on fertilizing completely until growing season begins again.

The mature height that Chinese Evergreen Golden Fluorite plants can reach on average is around 1 to 3 feet (30 to 90 cm) tall. However, some taller varieties can reach up to 4 feet (120 cm) or more under ideal conditions. This plants growth rate and height truly depend on factors such as light, temperature, humidity, and the care it’s provided!
