The Pilea cadieri—named the Aluminum Plant for the bold silver coloration on its striking foliage—makes an impression with its leafy height and dense canopy of foliage. A great trick to keeping these watermelon like leaves dense is to prune back the plant to half its height in the spring. This will help keep the plant from getting leggy!
The Aluminum Plant requires moist—but never soggy—soil and medium light.
Each Aluminum Plant is handpicked from the greenhouse, carefully packaged, and directly shipped to you!
